the ebay pages are just scamming you.... any manual you find on ebay can be found for free with some google searching of club pages

go here
http://ken-gilbert.com/impreza-manuals

and get the genuine Subaru workshop manuals for free..

I`ve got one like it, couldn`t find the exact one. Has helped me out loads of times though with torque wrench settings, head bolt tightening sequences etc.

not sure if it will help anyone or not i just purchased a disc from ebay which covers cars from 1996-2005 and it has a section for 1999-2000 P1 model which is apparently hard to find? if anyone needs anything i can possibly try and send through all the relavent info for your car through email if it will let me send files of that size? not too sure if it is really any good but if you know what your looking for maybe it will help... not really helped me a great deal as i have a NON-TURBO impreza and it mostly covers TURBO models just drop me a PM if you want anything just let me know your year and i will email what i have. so many people on ebay charging for info which could easily be given away for FREE so... i will give it away
