Default NPS switch advice

Used the search function but still no answer to my question so want to know if anyone has any ideas.

Fitted a jdm 6speed box to my wrx and need to replace nps switch but don't know if the uk and jdm switches are the same and I have no chassis number from the shell the box was taken out of can anyone help?

Seen one on eBay but need to confirm it'll fit my box

Thanks in advance

Martin

I bought mine from Cotcomp( www.cotcomp.com) and it cost me £45 for a brand new one, Not sure if there was a different part number between the UK and JDM but I would have thought they are the same, Obviously they would have different speed sensors but I think the NPS is the same, A bit of a pain to do on a 6-speed without a ramp as you need to drop the box a bit to get you're tools/hand in to the top of the box.

Thanks very much for your replies guys spoke to Richard at cotcomp via eBay and checked the part numbers and it seems they're both the same so will make the purchase Monday
