I have (just found out CRAP) Toyo headers (sold as Scot and Hayward ) Prodrive exhaust and Sport cat, fuel pump and a Andrew Carr remap. I wanted to get around 350bhp ! Anyway as you can see i got lower reading as the runs went on !

So should have a vf35 standard then buddy and pink 550 iirc if you remove the cat and change headers will/ should make 350 also depends on how many miles your engine covered to start with bud.

Cold air feed could also be a big help or even a panel filter if your just running standard althought it will never increase by 20 + bhp bud

334 at the wheels seems pretty good really mate. 265 is standard. you still have a cat in the exhaust, and I expect you are running the standard boost solenoid, as opposed to a 3-port. its not about numbers though mate. numbers are for carpark chit-chat. torque, lag, and drivablility are what matters. how does it feel?

its done 55,000 miles. Would the hedders and cat really make that much difference ? Also the rolling road guy said the injectors were close to there limit ?

If you can source some Harvey smith ported headers and matching up pipe mate this will improve performance quite a bit. Not sure if you've changed panel filter but a k&n, green cotton etc will also be beneficial. Maybe turbo upgrade?

yes it feels nice but feels a LITTLE lacking, i dont want to destroy the drive, the torque curve is noce and not much lag !

The turbo will do 350 bhp I think the 35 can max out 360/370 iirc so more than what u want although it at its limit am sure the injectors in the car will also go above 335 bhp but don't quote me on that you can get them reflowed! Also good headers and removal of cat will help defo! How good is the guys rolling road as these change from person to person also chap!

nah, 550cc injectors are good for 400bhp with a fuel pressure regulator, and with an uprated fuel pump, they shouldnt be struggling there really.

yes, the cat can make quite a difference. plus, you are running 2.5" exhaust, not 3 inch, which will make a bit of difference.

you are essentially running the same setup as my wr1 when it was standard, and they are supposed to be 320bhp, although mine read at 298 when I had it dyno'd when I first got it.

I think really if you want more a BIT more power, you will be looking:
3 port boost solenoid,
3" decat exhaust, but this prob won't see you past 350, which is only a 15bhp increase.

If you want a big noticable feeling, then its the above, plus:
turbo (sc40, sc46)
reworked injectors
front mount intercooler
fuel pressure regulator

depends how much you want, compared to the size of your wallet

Depends on more factors, but 334bhp should be OK with your mods what you have listed

VF35 usually making from 320-350bhp and again depends on mods, some people making on VF35 just above 320bhp,some making above 340bhp etc.

2.5" exhaust is not restrctive up to 400bhp,I wouldn't invest to the 3" exhaust, rather would spend money on the 2.5" decatted downpipe and OE STi headers(GT Spec will be good option too,but at your level you can loose on spool up )

OE STi headers are standard STi headers which will be probably cheapest option, with those cheap headers you can loose spool and on the top end too, somewhere is here thread about the cheap headers which posted Duncan@Race Dynamix.

Speak to your mapper what he think about the swapping the headers

What spark plugs you are running?

Same Harvey. Look elsewhere, (not sure what will be happening and I'm sure it is the last thing on the families mind at the moment), they can be picked up 2nd hand for £350.

As Jura said, with the basic mods you've got, the power looks ok and the torque looks good. I will say, the boost drops right off after 5k and it looks to be running rather rich!

Second that. Just looks like a safe map - bit rich for max power. Hence why it might look like your injectors are running quite high duties - they can in fact cope with higher powers outputs.
