Default 02wrx slight hesitation at 1500-2500rpm?

Does it at that rev range when accelerating through it and when driving in it, i.e 3rd gear 2000rpm and il get little stutters, so iv cleaned maf sensor and boost solonoid, made no diffrence spark plugs next, Anything else to check without taking it to the £££ level like rolling road or coil packs etc

Cheers

Default Check Hoses

Had similar problem recently, cleaned MAF and Boost Solenoid and turned out I had a cracked IC to Turbo pipe which was leaking boost. Got pipe from chap on this site (prodrive one as have ppp). Fixed and car running full power and like a dream.

I noticed slight hesitation under load, anything from 2k upwards but most noticeable after 3k - so when boosting.

Seems obvious one but check your hoses again if you haven't already.

Cheers
Simon

No I haven't yet but will, so leaking boost could cause this? I thought it could only be fuel/air mix not been right.

Thanks simon

IC to Turbo is pressurised air which if split, causes boost loss. Symptoms were very slight hesitation and also slightly lacking power. I don't have boost gauge and didn't really notice power loss as it occurred gradually until hesitation compelled me to investigate until fixed.

Once fixed performance made me giggle like a girl again.

Hope you find the prob cos your prob lacking power as well. Good luck.
