how to rebuild a turbo

seen these rebuild kits on ebay, anybody tried to rebuild a turbo? what tools do you need?

I'm sure it will need balancing correctly after you have rebuilt it

It can be done successfully, depends on the turbo though and the competence of the person doing it.
