Default keeps flooding

ok people im having trouble with my95 wrx turbo it keeps flooding and then wont start i just just rebuilt it here is the spec.
sti8 bottom end,v4 sti heads refreshed, ported and polished, cosworth multi layer gasket, arp head studs, inlet spacers, with raised inlet, new cambelt and tensioners ect,
owen delevopments gt3076r turbo
zen performance ppg 5 speed gearbox
helix clutch rated to 550/550
sytech fuel pump
900 something injectors cant remember exacly they were 440s redone by lateral
simtek ecu
gt spec headers and uppipe

anyway everytime i try to start the car it just floods im waiting for it to be mapped but went to start it again today and it just floods,i took the plugs out and they were soaked in fuel so cleaned them up turned engine over to
clear the bores out and put it all back together and it will fire back up,leave it running roughly 10-15min and when i go to start it again next time it wont start.its kicking black soot out of the exhaust and also it smoke a bit at first is this just down to needing a remap as everything is new and obviously not set up as of yet any advise would be much appricated kind regards ben.
also when its running you does smell badly of fuel from the back of the car coming out of the exhaust

is this not due to it needing mapping as it has much bigger injectors fitted now?

Needs mapping. Its probably flowing double the fuel it needs. The ecu doesnt know youve put bigger injectors

Get a map done!!!!! The overfuelling will cause bore wash. With the fuel getting in the oil and thinning it out causing bottom end faliure.

sounds like your as far along as you can and need a mapper to come and sort from there etc..

with that spec its probably worth doing a running in map of sorts to let things settle and check for issues and then map it fully once you have used it a bit
