I have a standard MY95 steering wheel with airbag UK CAR. I know of someone selling a MOMO steering wheel with airbag and module, will this fit straight on?

and how much is it worth?

I looked into this, it is possible but you have to change a connector on the airbag module.
I was quoted £275 for a MOMO airbag wheel from Grade A Subaru Breakers.

So quickly dismissed the project...
