Default First start up

Ok people just a quick one but I have fitted a new engine, turbo, gearbox, injectors pretty much everything to my car
Now it should be finished this weekend but I need to fill it up with fluids
And start the car and leave it running to make sure everythings running for with no leaks ect. Once this is done I can get the car set up properly,my question is will it be fine for the car to just be left running I won't actually be driving the car, just running it up to temp on the drive making sure all is ok with out causing damage any advise would be great, cheers in advance
