Tgv valves ( tumble generator valves), they are cold start and emission related , , you can get delete them , if you're getting it mapped and gain a little more power
Google , tgv deletes , there's lots of info , probably lots on here

It depends how far you want to go with your mods , If your thinking long term and other mods you have a little bit to gain removing them ,
If you've got the time and a little skill you can do them yourself
There's plenty of threads about doing them kicking about

I had to delete mine because the mafless map I run doesn't support tgv,s
That said regardless of power there's little need to keep them anyway
Hence jdm models /Sti don't have em anyway
I'd bin em , have it mapped and jobs a good un

Get rid of em Shaun you might get 410

Didn't think it would be the Sti , how come you not chucked em off the bug
Seeing as they are pretty much not needed , like I said I had to get rid of mine because of my map ,, I've read about various bhp gains from deletes , true or not I don't know , but any obstruction in the manifold can't be a bonus ?
Has any one got any solid proof , before / after

Tony
