i changed the spark plugs last week on my 04 wrx and noticed something hanging down at the back of the block on the passenger side,ive been told i have 4 of them and they are called tumblers,what do they do and because one has snapped off would that cause my lumpy idle when cold?

if i get the deletes from an sti will i need a remap?
