Default KEY TURNS FULLY BUT FAILS TO START!!!

Just had my car fully serviced but the car doesn't start.
Mechanic told me its my immobiliser, so I Tryed disarming it but no response from the keypad! Need directions on what to do!!??

Seriously, if you need help, you need to list more details about the car.
For a start, model and year, modifications etc. What happens, the key turns fully and doesn't do anything? or it starts to turn over?

Haha my bad just a bit frustrated.!!
Impreza wrx
2003..
Turns over but doesn't start,checked the ecu fuse n was blown, but everytime I put the fuse in it blows up.

So is the car still at the garage? If you took it there working then expect to drive away with it working. Was any other work done other than general service?

It's In another garage at the moment..!
Just a service n change of break pads.
