Question What heat # spark plugs

Hi all,

What would be the best heat rating iridium spark plugs for a 2007 2.5 sti running 375 bhp and 445 lbft?

Stick with NGK PFR7B plugs

I switched to 8's and car ran like a dog, switched back and all was good.

PFR7B are platinum I thought iridium was better?
