FCD installation, to fool ecu or piggyback?
My car has a piggyback ECU fitted which has been mapped to control the fueling and ignition timing etc but the standard level of fuel cut (14.7psi) on the standard ECU is holding me back from running my target 16psi boost.
I have bought an HKS FCD but am unsure where to install it. I know it goes on the signal wire for the MAP sensor but does it want to go...
a, between the sensor and the piggyback (fooling the piggyback) or,
b, between the piggyback and the original ECU (fooling the ECU)
I've had a search on here but cant find my answer. Could anyone confirm please?
thanks

Haha, cheers guys I know they're not liked, but I'm unsure of what the problem is with using one? Its not as if I'm just upping the boost without supporting mods and mapping, but just that the piggyback cant control the ECU's built in fuel cut so i cant go beyond that.
Its not to mask a problem Paul, I just dont know of another way of getting my target boost without one or without changing to another ECU management such as a daughterboard or standalone which is going to be another £500+ or so?
What would be your suggestion, cheers
