Removal of parking bump strips

Just a quikie i wanna take off my parking bump strips on the driverside as I've just had the other side painted and it looks so much better without any tips for removing without scaring the paintwork cheers ???

Mine left a laquer mark when I removed on passenger side so be careful. Why people would put them on I'll never understand.
