where to get handbrake shoes

Hi guys,

Struggling to track these down.

I need the brake shoes for the handbrake.

Car model is 2004 WR1

Anyone know where to get them? So far I have been told main dealer only, but that can't be right!

I sourced mine from Rollings for around £30. Don`t know how many outlets they have though.

These will not fit the STi WR1 , these are for the smaller 170mm handbrake

No as yet as I can't find any aftermarket ones only genuine Subaru ones , we haven't asked the question for a while though so i'll see if any of our suppliers do now

cheers Ian. I did actually call you guys up earlier today to enquire. Always call you guys first for brakes.

So, have we established the ones on import car parts are no good too???

I phoned 3 main dealers today - one said their parts guy was off sick, one said their parts guy was on lunch, and one said they would find out for me, and they never called back... Gotta love main dealers...
