Why is my idle poor?
After some advice if you've got a minute to read this story.
Over the last few weeks I've noticed that my boost gauge hasn't be reaching the figure's I normally get. The cars been running fine with no problems. On Sunday I thought I'd give it a blast to see if the gauge will reach the 1.5 Bar I'm used to seeing at full chat. The gauge climbed and then shot back to 0. I pulled over. Opened the bonnet to find the gauge pipe had come off the manifold. On closer inspection the rubber connector had perished which explains why the gauge hasn't been reading correctly for a while.
I refitted the boost pipe and carried on to my destination without any problems. A few hours later I started the car up and the idle wasn't quite right, a bit rougher than normal. I did 20 odd miles and found that when approaching a junction I'd pull the clutch in, the revs would drop to almost stall and then come back to the normal idle of 650. I kept doing this every now and again.
I went to work today in the car and it seemed a bit better, the car almost stalled a few times but most of the time was ok. When it does idle its fine just gives me a problem when the rev's drop quickly (pulling in the clutch).
Any ideas to what happened and will this problem get worse or go away?

Thanks for you time.

I've had a quick look at the pipes and they all look ok.
Standard box induction with Green panel filter.
P1 remap done by Bob Rawle a few years ago when I had a sports cat fitted.
Thanks
