All depends on if its been tuned to suit mods buddy. A few of those mods should increase power, but they could be wasted if not tuned correctly.

As for your query, rollers will be your best bet but buying an Impreza with no history from a guy who didn't know what he was talking about, I'd be getting belts checked and a full fluids change!

Take a look at the ECU, its easy to get to. Pull back the carpet in the passengers foot well, there will be a metal kick plate, remove this then behind will be the ECU. It might have been written on or had a sticker stuck on if it has been mapped, you'll at least be able to see what ECU you have then take it from there.

hi and welcome mate as said get it booked in for a mapping session just to make sure. ps ignore the grammar and speech police on here spelling and use of language is not everyones strong point and you should not have to start your post telling people about it.

I'm dyslexic aswell but it doesn't take 2 seconds to fire it through a spell checker....
No history and all those mods I would be wanting to give it a thorough service and get it booked in for a mapping session

I cant decide whether this is a wind up or not, but if not - Leave the poor man alone.
with those mods and boosting 15psi tailing to about 10 psi it is more or less stock, and with those mods and a fuel pressure regulator on I suspect original ECU, it is very possibly running rich and actually down on power from a stock car.
I would check boost pressure on boost and held and fueling first. It will need to be running an aftermarket ECU on a MY97 as you can't map the original ECU so as said peel back the cover and see if its an aftermarket ECU such as Apexi, gems, Simtek etc.
I suspect its standard in which you would probably make the car more drivable and quicker but putting everything back to standard, sell the bits off and pocket some money.
But if you want more than just pub talk, and you are chasing power, then an Apexi ECU and a remap with those mods running right should see you around 280bhp.
