Hi I'm stressing out right now trying to get center console out of my 2005 blob sti. It's the one without cup holders.. Seems to be trapped between whet top meets section for vents. Anyone help? Thanks

Did you unclip the bottom part first

pull gear surround forward and unscrew gear **** and unclip cig lighter wires and remove, then you will see screws that hold on heater\radio surround undo these and pull forward, disconnect heater wires and remove then the vents have three screw underneath remove these and pull forward, disconnect hazard switch and all is done.
