I got one from rally sport direct from u.s.a was hit with import duty I think it worked out about £120 all in as Subaru don't sell them anymore.
It comes with a wiring harness to plug into your original wiring loom sometimes they are know as a Tactrix 3 port valve,sometimes on eBay for sale,they are fitted to the wr1 as standard took me a while to find them as mine packed in and some crook wanted £500 to fix it
