Default Threebond 1215 or Loctite 5910 ???

Hi guys,

Just about to get a new sump fitted.

Out of the 2 sealers mentioned in the thread title, what would you use. Had a wee search and people swear by both.

Was thinking more down the lines of the Loctite due to the price £5.49 ??? Or is it worth spending more than double on the Threebond ???

Cheers

Baz

Just to add more confusion:

I use Wurth super RTV silicone.

Comes in 200ml pressurised cans which is loads so better VFM.

I use both, Threebond 1215 is easier to remove on rebuild time than the Loctite.
