oil leak from here where is it coming from (pic included)

hey as title said where is this leaking coming from to me it looks like the seal on the pipe that leads to the turbo?

also it could be the oil return for the turbo.

If the heat shields have been removed they tend to go stiff and brittle.

+1 for the above,or could be oil pump gasket leaking from the front and working its way back.
