How are windscreens held in place, what is used?

Bonded in using a glue called Polyurethane. Glass and body are primed so that glue has something to stick to. Needs specialist tools to remove glass.

You'd be needing some of these.........

I took my van to a windscreen place, it took two guys 45mins to get the old one out with the cutting wire tool, they couldn't believe how well it had been stuck in.
