Maf

I don't think there is such a thing as "best" in all circumstances. So without more info impossible to say.
But. If you are running the stock ECU with calibration for the stock MAF sensor, then there is an easy answer. The standard one that should be in there.
If you have a mappable ECU, then you have many options (including no MAF at all...) but that is impossible to answer without knowing your spec.

Cool, that info makes it a lot easier to answer! I take it the car is due for mapping?
Your power output will be limited by the 440cc injectors to around 330-340 mark. The green label MAF will be maxed out at this level, but will (just about) cope.
Given you are running a Power FC, good options would be:
- An orange label MAF from an impreza v3/v4 (not the purple one from the UK car!). These have more headroom should you wish to go for bigger injectors and more power later.
- A new age MAF, more headroom again, don't know much about these though
- A Z32 maf, a nissan unit which is popular to use with the apexi and has good headroom as well
Avoid the 99/00 Subaru MAFs though. They had a lot of reliability problems on these.
To be honest, there is no immediate need to change your MAF given the injectors you are running, but be aware that whenever you do change the MAF for a different one you do need to get the car remapped - particularly in aftermarket installations, generic calibration tables are not reliable enough.
