Default ihi turbo choice

hi all i need some advise regarding a subaru turbo. i just done a converstion into my mk1 golf using a engine from a 1.8 turbo from a mk4 golf. some people use subaru turbos on these engine i would like to know in your opinon what subaru turbo would be good for track use. i want a quick spool turbo but holds power to the red line. ive already got a custom manifold to fit my engine to a ihi turbo. there is a quite few differnt turbo on the subaru what do you recommend

hers a TD04 into mk1 dyno what some people use this pitcure bigger injectors were needed to get max output . is there a beeter turbo than a TD04

VF34 is quite popular on VAG scene,my friend running on his Leon VF34 and he made 348bhp

thats nice power. is the the vf34 laggy ?

Against your current TD04 will be laggy,but not too much

Just have look on few dyno plots and you will see what i mean,type into the Google VF34 VAG
