Head castings are generally the same, but different cams. Depending on MY they might be "big port" heads, from MY03/blobeye I believe.
To fit 2.0l heads to a 2.5l build you basically need do nothing, other than make sure the compression ratio is OK by suitable choice of pistons and head gaskets.
On my engine the combustion chambers of my '05 JDM heads were reworked for 2.5l, but I'm told now it wasn't really necessary. That said, they do flow well and I guess 525bhp and same torque on 10% meth can't be bad
