Just got myself a used Forester 2.5 xt after 7 years away from Subaru and I love it!

Already got the bug to change a few things so my first question is will an impreza back box fit on a forester?

There are a few prodrive back boxes on ebay and they do look the same but wondered if anyone new for sure.

It does fit but the tail pipe will be a bit short for the rear bumper.
On long journeys I get a slight hot plastic smell from the back of the Fozzy with an STi back box, but nothing has melted.

H&S do decent Fozzy specific rear boxes with a good noise.
