Classic Impreza Wiper Blade Size?

Hi Guys,

Need some new blades for the Impreza WRX Classic. Is a 95 M reg. My brother has measured them as i'm not in the country but the measurements don't sound right to what i've seen on the web..

My classic has 21" and 18" size blades as I've just replaced them

I'm just about to replace mine, and it says 21" and 18" online. Are the cheap Halfords ones good enough, or should I get ones with spoilers?
