For 350 crank hp I would go for a td05-18G, or for one of it's uprated/newer (but unfortunately also dearer cousins) like a SC36 or a Forced Performance 68HTA.
All of them will get you to 350 crank horsepower , the latter 2 will/should be able to do it with little lag.

Had a Evo3 16G (AKA a Super16G, which had phenominal spoolup on my stock engine (fitted with a FMIC, pump, Injectors and a decent mapping) but I think it would struggle to reach a true 350 crank HP on normal fuels.
Also had a 18G (but this was on a newly built 2.15 stroker) and lag on that car was the same as the 16G on the stock engine. (but the 2.15 stroker was not fully mapped yet, as I was running it in, so spool could be improved on to almost match the S16G's on a stock engine I reckon).
The 18G had a different charactre though, the S16 didn't have a kick, it was just a surge of torque and power (elastic band like), whereas the 18G was a bit more on/off like, with a bit more of a kick to it. I've always loved that sort of power delivery/kick, so went with a short piping GT30 after running in the 2.15 for about 1500km's LOL.
The 18G (and SC36, and 68HTA) will do a true 350 crank HP on a stock engine without taxing the engine to much.
Lag IMHO is overrated anyway, with proper gearing you'll only be out of the powerband when in to high a gear, otherwise the rpm drop when shifting will be small enough to keep you in the powerband.
Properly mapped a S16G on a stocker should be spooled before 3000rpm, and keep power well past 6000.
The 18G IMO will spool up 200-400rpm slower, but will carry on a bit better at the top.
Also, the 18G can reach 350 crank HP at a lower pressure then a 16G (if that even reaches those sort of power levels, as stated before)This gives a lower air temperature, which is good, as I do not see a FMIC on your mod list.
Maybe consider an uprated TMIC or even a FMIC for those power goals as well, as to high a charge temperature will reduce ultimate power and also can compromise reliability at these power levels

go for a td series like andy forrests or harveys, the sc series are very good too. dont buy one off ebay (jaw/kawabawhare house, zage, aps) as it will be crap. the vf's are good but cost a fortune to rebuild when they go wrong.

16g will do about 340hp
18g will do about 370hp
20g will do about 400hp
these arnt exact figures and every car is different, more of an insight to what power to exspect. lag isnt realy an issue on the road so dont let that put you off
where are you buying the turbo from
