Default Very Budget WRX Upgrade Think its right ?

Although I have been around jap turbo cars for a while, this is my first Scoobie. It didn’t take long to get the bug and I do like the cost of these cars, affordable power !!
My base car is a rust free 93 WRX, silver (All my cars are silver LOL). After reading all the posts I can I now have the following upgrades lined up.

1) EJ25 (Open Deck) to aid the starting from cold as I will use the car as a daily drive.(Just been built Fitted with STi4 Heads and its Forged)
2) K&N large intake, this was on the car so its staying.
3) Huge down pipe and 3” exhaust , this was on the car so its staying. Its a bit loud on boost)
4) Brakes upgraded to 4 pots on the Front.
5) Hybrid FMIC
6) 440cc Phase 1.5 injectors
7) 16G , this was on the car so its staying.
8) UK Spec gearbox and Diff, 72 type this was on the car so its staying.
9) Using a w6 ecu with a horsham developments chip, its great upgrade , but will need to go to ESL.
10) I upgraded the fuel pump( Was the first job I did)
11) 17” with 215/40 tyres
12) RA – Wishbones and I think stiff standard suspension(Maybe RA)
13) New Age Coil Pack Conversion.
14) Sticking with the V1 inlet.

Still keeping on a budget very tight budget – Mid next year

Change to 550cc injectors, with adaptors
20G Turbo
Later type 54 gearbox with DCCD and Diff
Yet another brake upgrade

Total budget for the Project is 8.5K all in including the price of the car.
I love the wide arch kits so I think maybe !!

I think this is the cheapest route for a 400 power car designed for the road !!
In a light classic shell !

Anyone know if its hard to control the DCCD ? what electronics are needed ?
