I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to proceed on the following problem I have.

My car which is 1 year old and has 27,000 miles on the clock has been found to have a worn clutch.

I realise tat Subaru themselves make the decisions on whether clutch warrenties are awarded.

Is there anythin I can do to swing this in my favour?

Cheers,
Mark

To be honest mate there is not much you can do. Subaru will make there decision when they take out the clutch. If it show's signs of abuse i.e. lots of clutch slipping for traffic light starts then they won't do it under warranty. I had one replaced in my P1 complete with fly wheel at 19k so you maybe ok depends how you drive it.
You have nothing to loose really just givem it and see what they say.
Hope this helps
