injectors, turbo, remap, straight through de cat exhaust and fuel pump. But there is a limit.
How much power do you want from it.

Decat, gets rid of cat, you'll have two, one in down pipe (this is just after turbo) second one is in the centre section. More free flowing.
Remap will change parameters of fuelling etc.
Injectors give more fuel, but only needed if having a bigger turbo.
How big are your pockets? that should be the question after your question, as you'll need some proper money. Do it properly and not getting snide cheap stuff. As it will go bang.

The remap makes use of all the new mods.
If you are looking at over 380bhp you need to start looking at a forged engine. Internal parts are a lot stronger to cope with the added power.

If it's a standard turbo 2000, it will have started out at 208bhp, which was decent in 1997.
I would look at around 300 for that car....... easy to drive, plenty of go, but not too much stress on the not very strong internals of an old engine.
I'd begin with a decat, (but can you get the car through any local test for emissions if you do that?), then a 3-port boost solenoid, a good panel filter, (avoid induction kits, they can give WORSE results, and can also do harm), and a decent remap.
That ought to put you between 260 and 280. DO NOT change the dumpvalve, it is fine as it is
If you want the magic 300, ask some respected tuners, or mappers on here.
