Help Boost/vacume pipes on inlet manifold
Car is 97 v3 type r coil packs in centre.
Done an engine rebuild and re fitting the engine, but i seem to have one spare vacume pipe.
It comes off a cylindrical pump or sensor type thing that has 2 of the small vacume hoses coming out of one end off little green nipples, and at the other end plugs into the loom.
One of the pipes goes to the front right of the coil pack as you look at it from the front of the car, and i'm buggered if i can see anywhere that the other one goes to, it also has a logo stamped on the bracket which appears to be part of it, NOK is all it says.
Now i tagged all the others and no problems there, but for some strange reason i never did this one.
I'm thinking that because it has a turbosmart vta dump valve that this pipe is related to the standard re circulating valve.
I'm stumped

Can't no leads to up load pics, the unit i'm trying to discribe sits at the rear right under the inlet manifold, it's only about 4cm x 2cm and has a black plug in it that comes off the loom that goes across the top of the engine, the one that has the connectors for the injectors on it and the knock sensor, in fact it's close to the knock sensor.

As above can't do pics, but would appreciate you taking a look for me.
Like i said you will see the small vacume pipe at the front right side and a larger one directly behind it 1 inch, the small one goes into the unit i described and out of said unit is another pipe which is the one i need to know where to put.

i know exactly what u mean ive done a couple of rebuilds on subaru's but i cant remember off the top of my head where the pipes go.... dont quote me but i think 1 goes to like a vacuum box its located on the front, left hand side of the engine bay the bracket is bolted to the chassis leg and the other like u said goes to the inlet. ive just been out to my car but its too dark so ill have a look tomorrow and take some pics i have a spare 1 of these solenoid things in the garage ill take a pic of that too so we know were on about same thing lol

in this order from right to left :
left goes to boost control valve the red bit on left hand side sits by top shock mount ( its red )
middle goes to the swirl pot at front nearside of engine ( looks like a round pot )
right this one goes to recirc valve ( or a dump/ blow off valve ) depending which u have :0)
hope this helps
