If he's talkng "weld", he's gort aftermarket. OE headers are cast.

Cheaper aftermarket ones suffer from stress fractures around the welds because the welders didn't take enough care.

You can weld them even if they are the standard ones ( cast ) have fixed many cast manifolds over the years with weld

Well you have two choices.

Either find an EXPERT welder, (there is one near me, he is on call to the Aerospace industry, he can weld anything, found him via www.yell.com), get them to him and ask for a repair.......but be aware that if they have cracked once, they MAY go again elsewhere.

The problem is thinning of the material near the weld, and heat induced stresses.

Or, junk them and ask Harvey Smith, harvey on here, to give you advice and a price on a new set. HIS ones are decent
