I think a .82 may be a bit laggy on a 2.0. I'd look at a .6. You'll get much less lag and with going rotated you'll pìss 500.

As above .63 should be all right on your spec with 2.0L,for your suggested .83 you will need lot more supported mods if you want have good spool

As Tez says, i'd drop the 0.82 and go for a 0.63 exhaust housing.

Should be seeing over 500 with one but not a great deal over... Unless you get a billet 30

I ran a 0.82 gt30 on a standard newage 2 litre and on v power at 1.8bar it did about 450ish but was not pushed and with 15% meth did 522 bhp. JDM 6 speed kept it on the boil once in the power band

Banny, nice gain with the meth. What was it like to drive? The graph looks quite laggy.

Mine spooled at 6000 rpm and limited at 7500 rpm using a 0.8 exhaust housing on a 2.0 STI...

But christ did it pull

Suprisingly good, started to get going around 3800rpm and motoring by 4200rpm. You would need to drop a gear if you were trundling along but the power was there to the 8k redline, so a trade off I guess.

I thought it would be awesome to the red line like you say but the graph looks like everything is dropping off just after 7k. I'm very interested in these turbos as I have a gt30 on the shelf but mine has a .60 housing so I'm hopeing for pretty rapid spool.
