Default Noise in engine

Hi guys heres the thing got a jdm wrx sti v4 had it close to year now got it with 140k an the clock and has 152k now but yesterday when i was driving i could hear like a slight noise from the right side of engine its more pronounced between 3000-4000rpm. Since i got the car the boost has been gradually reducing it was making 1bar but now only .6 not sure if engine management is detecting a noise and reducing holding it back??
If anyone may have an idea of what it could be would really appreciate input. If it is the engine is it wise to rebuild motor or not? any advice would really be appreciated.

Im gutted.

Take it to a reliable specialist to be checked over as it is very difficult to diagnose without hearing first hand.
