After working on this car last night. All brackets are correct and the same size. Its pretty clesr to me its a hub/bearing issue. The n/s stub axle flange is 5mm nearer the hub than the o/s. I suspect in the past its had a bearing change that is not quite as wide as it should have been or a spacer was left out when the bearing was pressed in. The stub axle sitting further in means the disc is able to foul the k sport bracket as theres very little clearance on the good/working side at a guess only 3 or 4mm

The rotational flange that the disc sits on is closer to the main hub body. Thats fact I/we measured it 5 or 6 times last night. Its a while since ive had a bearing out of one. But if i remember correctly theres a 5mm ish spacer/washer that sits on the stub axle itself. Id wouldnt mind betting its been left off by mistake. Hence the axle part itself is sitting further in the hub unit

Needs to be done properly. No spacer plates. Id go for a different hub as a press is needed to do the bearing properly. Although when you get the replacement. Let me have the old one so i can strip it
