Default Con Rod Torque settings

Ok guys, seems to be some discrepancy between the various models/manuals that i have.

1. 44 Nm

2. 46 Nm

3 52 Nm

Now for obvious reasons i want this to be right and i will split the engine again anyway, just because i can

It's a centre thrust cam from a cdb ra so pre 97 i believe, with the standard forged rods although i am not 100% sure they are forged.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

They are not forged rods, they are the same as a wrx and crap, get a nice steel set or some newage sti 'bolt type' rods. What pistons are you using?

wiesco pistons, and i dont have a choice on the rods atm as i am in croatia, and its easier to use the rods that came with the crank as they fit like a glove, and it's only running 300bhp so should be well within their limits, just need to know the correct torque setting, any ideas?

For the 'nut' type classic rods:
1) 23 Nm
2) 46 Nm
