Hi!

A friend of mine bought this pulley kit:

Anyone got an idea how to tighten the power steering pulley as there's no gearing inside the pulley?

put the new pulley on and tighten as much as possible, then put the belt on as you normaly would. get a seocnd person to pull on a section of the belt for aditional tightness while you try and tighten the bolt up more. that should mean you need enough force to either make the pulley slip in the belt or turn the crank. If the latter happens, put the car in gear for more resistance
