The only 2 doors, are sti type r, wrx type r, 22b and P1. It's unlikely to have a closed deck block not that it matters much unless your going for 500bhp+.

The 2 door shell is a type R (the r standing for the code name for the 2 door shell, retna).
Your car wont have a cdb, dont even go there no benefit to that engine at all, if anything its internals are seen as the worst of the lot, unless its a 22b which is a cdb.
Also no such thing as a 2 door prodrive, probably just something the importer put on there to make it look good, its either a wrx sti type R (most likely) or a wrx type r.

It wont be a P1, the first type R's were released in early 1997, if its yellow, well that was a limited car i think (will have to look that up), but yours sounds like a version 3 STI type R.

I'm trying to think of the real name for the yellow.........was it cashmere ? The Retna was more than a code name, it was an actual 2 door N/A car IIRC

Lol I'm not the guy with the 2 door. I was rulling out the p1 buy saying it was released around 2000. But my thoughts exactly does seem like an import type r.
