MY03 Door Mirror Wiring
Hi,
I have a spare MY03 Door Mirror from an Impreza WRX which I want to test to make sure the electrics are working correctly (motors / mirror heating element). Can anybody confirm what the wiring is for it, there are 5 wires:
Black
Red
Blue
Grey
Brown
I'm assuming it operates at 12v?

You're sure it has a heating element?
The reason I ask is that the folding mirrors I put onto my classic had five wires .
Three of therm do up/down, and side to side. Those three were present on my old classic non-folding mirrors.
The other two did open/close.
Now afaik, that would seem to be the bare minimum of wires to carry out those functions.
