Hi everyone, got an issue with my 2004 wrx when i accelerate in 3rd gear from say 2k i can fill a hesitation/lumpy pick up. But if i accelerate in any other gear its a smooth pick up if i drop it down from 4th to 3rd and accelerate its fine. There's only a problem when i wot in 3rd gear . I have changed the plugs, maf ,cleaned the b/s still no difference. The car has had an Ecutek re-map, t/b exhaust, k&n apollo filter and a walbro fuel pump. any ideas

Stick it on a dyno at least you can check if its going lean or not , air leak maybe , check all the small vac pipes around the manifold ..
