Help for new Scooby Owner
Hi guys, I have a 1996 WRX which has an electrical issue with the headlight/main beam.
When no lights are on, the main beam can be flashed as normal. Side lights work as normal but the moment the dip beam is switched on, bith main and dip beams operate.
I have changed both relays and tried another switch cluster from another wrx and checked all fuses. An auto electrician had a quick look and said it could be the sidelight relay behind the instrument cluster as these cars are negative switched.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Mark

I can't believe this post has had over 80 views and no replies!!
I am scratching my head at this fault. Is there a sidelight relay behind the instrument cluster?
