Oil Consumption Figures

56 Plate 2.5L WRX
Can anybody tell me what the official oil consumption figures should be for this car. Seem to be topping up about 1 litre every 6-7 k

A litre every 6-7000 isn't excessive.I think if it's a litre every 1000 or worse it needs looking into.
What oil are you using?

Been topping up with
Castrol EDGE 5W-30 fully synthetic engine oil

That's not bad for such thin oil.If you switched to thicker oil it would probably use less.
Topping up once between services isn't anything to worry about.
