Ok then, update - someone else has just pmd me saying this is not good!!!!!
I know jgm knows his stuff, but just to put my mind at rest can any Turbo tuners out there (or any1 else who knows their stuff) please confirm if this is ok or not!!!!!!
Im almost at the point of friggin screeming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My main problem is, its booked in nxt thirsday for fitting, if i pay to get it fitted, then find out its pi$$ing water / oil im gona be a large sum of cash out of pocket and no better off!
help please!!!!!!!!!!!

er... ok, might pop over to pole 2morrow and let them do that, wouldnt want to bugger anything up myself tbh!! paid a lot of money for this thing, so need to make sure all is ok...

What also bothers me is, was told it had only done 8000 when i have since found out it has done over 15000k, now if there are signs of rust holes how long is this turbo going to last me????

I've seen turbochargers where the waterways have corroded through and become porous when owners have neglected to put coolant in their cars for prolonged periods. I'm sorry to say that this looks like very similar (I used to work for a major turbocharger re-manufacturer). Block off the oilways and carefully run some water through the waterways and see if it leaks out at all.

Like i say my main worry is even if its not an issue, if its started to rot now, how long will it last me.
