Standard plugs is the answer really. NGK PFR6b, if you intend on modding it a lot more and getting another ECU etc then perhaps PFR7b, but I'd be using standards for now.
Hope this helps,

Subaru's stated gap is, IIRC, 0.8mm. But you don't want the boost blowing spark out, so I'd try 0.7mm.
FTR, most modded cars (using the PFR7B plug), are gapped to 0.6-0.65mm - so at 0.7mm you should be okay....
You need a feeler gauge's correct sized blade to gap the electrode gap. Move the outer electrode in or out by very carefully using the force of a short screwdriver. The gap is correct when the blade moves around in the gap, but so there's a slight frictional drag too. If the blade is hard to move, then the electrode needs to be opened out a smidgen.
Some feelers might be in "thou" (thousandths of an inch) only, in which case:-
0.80mm = 0.031" = 31thou
0.70mm = 0.028" = 28thou
0.65mm = 0.026" = 26thou
0.60mm = 0.024" = 24thou
