Default sprung a coolant leak

hi i have a 98 classic turbo 2000 but have a coolant leak pretty much below the radiator its got a rubber pipe coming off of it but its the metal pipework that has the leak its about 20mm thick pipe which carrys coolant at the moment its squirting coolant out when it gets hot its looks as though its corroded whats the pipe called and can it be replaced/repaired ?
any help would be grateful

not 100% but think it could be a Water Pump to Oil Cooler Crossover Pipe ?

the metal pipe is connected to the rubber one the yellow arrows pointing to is this hard to change ?

According to Subaru the part is called a pipe-oil cooler and is numbered
21328AA011.
Costs around £25 and I don't think it's too difficult to fit.

You can buy the single rubber pipe for £8 from a dealer. £25 would be for the 3 that you would need to do them all. The hard pipes can be replaced but that's a **** of a job! Are you sure its the metal pipe? If it's not to far along you could use a longer rubber pipe to clear the leak and then jubilee clip. I need to replace my rubber pipe as it's leaking through the pipe threads where the inner pipe has perished.
