Default Dump Valve ..... Which One ?

Hi currently have a full re-circ dump valve on mine, but miss the small dump which I had on my 'classic'.

My friend has a HKS SSQV and its expensive at £280 and quite loud. I just want something that gives a small dump not in your face so I have been looking on ScoobyWorld and looking at these?

Does anyone have these fitted?

Forge VTA

keep the standard one on thats what the engine was designed and built with. i put the forge one on my bugeye then took it off again a week later.. poor fuel consuption and flat spots on acceleration is what it gave me

Shaun
Or maybe 'Bling'

I have a cold air intake, feeding from the inner wing and the dump is quite audible with the standard dump valve.

Sounds like a similar story across the board then, my classic dump valve altho standard still had a little chirp when you changed. The one on my bugeye is nothing no chirp at all, is that normal ??
