am installing some shift light they are the ones that can be set between 200 & 1000 rpm gap, 4 lights then the 5 being the red shift light. I know how to power it but instructions say to use the coil for the signal wire but i have individual coil packs (95 classic) is it ok to use one coil pck or is it ok or better to pick the feed direct up from the ecu? many thanks

 

Look on JGM's site for the wiring layout for the correct wire to pick up off.
I have a gizmo shift light and it works fine off the wire I chose[I also have individual coil packs]
