Default Flatshifting - Syvecs

What switch do you need to use on the clutch pedal to be able to utilise the flat shifting on the syvecs?

As I have a 'brake light' switch on my clutch pedal, in the same position as the brake like switch on the brake pedal, but when I went to get my car mapped a while ago, Pat said they are too sensitive really.

Just wondered what other people have used?

Cheers
