hi guys going to be running close to the 400hp what plugs will i need cheers james

I'm running NGK PFR7B and many people running these over 400bhp

Which one you have there?

I would go with NGK PFR7B,these are proven in many application and many cars.

I have a set of Denso 'tough' VK22 (iridium centre electrode with platinum ground) but have refrained from fitting until I'm confident that early problems with this make (electrode insulator failure in high output applications?) are not now an issue.
